The ATM limit resets every few days ingame (Weekly). You can buy businesses at the realtor near the police station.

you can only deposit 10k a week into the atm, you can bypass this limit by laundering your money through a purchased business. to buy a business you need the money in the bank to afford one and then you go to the realtor's office and inquire about buying a business.

just wait a week in-game and then your 10k deposit limit will reset, also for 10k you should beable to buy a bussiness and launder money already no?
