im pretty sure most of that is on the roadmap for Schedule 1, and besides, the game has only been out for like a week, its way too early to even think about a sequel

The name "Schedule 2" kinda loses its meaning since it is not "Schedule I"

The name Schedule 1 has a meaning dealing with drugs. It's not called 1 for it's being the first in a series (though it totally could) but drug "scheduling" dealing with how dangerous it is with 1 being the worst.

I want to apologize for completely misunderstanding the concept of this game and the meaning behind "Schedule I." I didn't realize it was referencing the drug classification system where Schedule I represents the most dangerous category of controlled substances, not simply the first in a game series. Although, fun fact, cocaine is actually Schedule 2. Still highly addictive and tightly controlled, but has an accepted medical use. Never mind that physicians these days would be far more likely to prescribe medical marijuana than they would be medical cocaine.

Part of the difference is when the scheduling structure was put in place, and political pressures preventing marijuana's reclassification, but part of it is also the perceived userbase for each drug, similar to why crack had much higher punishments over powder cocaine for a long time.
