Lost game save

I was playing the past few days in a save with some friends. We managed to gain a net worth of around $50k but when I hop on to play this morning, the save file is saying I last played today, I lost all my items and my net worth is $0. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way to restore the save?

Happened to a friend of mine today too. I haven't logged into find out if our saves were deleted but I'm a bit worried now

I'm in the same boat. A lot of people seem to be having this issue. I'm probably going to take a break from it until it's fixed.

yes, this is happening. I'd give him some time to figure out the root cause and resolve it. I've tried a wide variety of things, trying to test what could be causing it just through making different decisions and at some point, it'll crash on save and corrupt the file ... so the game will load but some things may be missing and you won't be able to save again. It's a part of getting in early. :)

do you think he will give the people who lost their stuff some items or money back?
because the amount of people losing their save is gonna kill this game

happened to me too. i love how theyre not saying a single thing about it. typical game developer nowadays. im about burnt out on video games.

you can just give yourself the items lol

if my save got wiped today i would rebuild everything i had using the console. but it sucks to have to do that. it subconsciously ruins part of the fun

I went to load my game save that I've been playing for the last 20 days and now it wont load wo crashing. Is there a way to get my progress back?
