Can i do smth if i dont have him in messages? I can order stuff in any other way

I had that happen with both him and the meth supplier and unless you have debt to them that you can pay off as of right now you are hard locked. Its rather unfortunate but hopefully they will fix it or give us a way start our own messages with contact if they dissapear

I have solved this. U need to find him on map, he is standing with other suppliers and uncle ban in the corner of the map. Not far away from barn. I have punched him straight in the face and he texted me lol.

I found him chilling in the suburbs next to the white map just south of the brick mansion on the corner by the rocks

*Edit* when you find him in person, punch him once and run away, it made him show up in my contacts.

I found a way to unlock him. Under your save file, go to NPC/Albert Hoover/NPC.JSON.
Edit the file with notepad and change the line "debt" to any value and save. this will trigger a message from albert asking for the money back, or simply drop money in the dead drop. this will result in Albert contacting you again, opening up interactions.

i have the same issue but with Shirley so i did like what u said @kisiu u go to the corner of the map and punch the him but it didnt work for me im trying to get Shirley into my massages so is there any solution?

Edit the file "C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\TVGS\Schedule I\Saves\76561198038734364\SaveGame_1\NPCs\Shirley Watts\NPC". Note that "User" and "SaveGame_1" and "76561198038734364" may vary with your Windows account name,the number of your save and your game ID.

You should see a line mention "Debt". Modify it to 1 for example and drop 1$ into her payment dead drop. This should trigger a message from her confirming payment of the debt, enabling you to communicate with her again.

For everyone who can’t find them. The house on the bottom right of the map. A blue car and a white are are out front in the driveway. They are standing in the trees

I have found the way to fix this issue. Simply Uninstall the game and reinstall, this should work and has worked for me.
