where is handy hanks located when you go to deliveries there are 2 hardware stores

It is a big warehouse due south, I think it sits across from a petrol station, near the mansion.

Apologies, It is actually at 2 o'clock if you stand with your back at the estate agents front door. Can't miss it! BIG sign.
