Cant unlock a new Dealer

A freind and I play together and wanted to get our 2nd dealer molly. all of her contacts are loyal, but we cant recruit her. Is there a way to fix this

same here, have you fixed it? also cant unlock supplier in the dock

Just keep selling until you sell to one of their friends and after the deal they will say she's available.

I thought she was the third dealer? That dude in the tent is the second dealer. You sure you got the right one?

Got the same problem i think. Got a dealer recommended through a client in westville area. She or he lives in that old apartment building i think. I keep knocking on the doors but nobody comes out. when i ask the game to locate her on the map, then thats the place it points to.

i dont know if its the 2nd or 3rd one, but we have all the guys that are his friends at max relationship so i dont think thats it. It is the personin the groundfloor of the brown Apartment. We are currently trying to lower the relations with one of his friends back to "friendly" instead of "loyal" maybe thats it.

We had this issue until we found out only the host could hire the person.

We had this same issue, we fully knocked her out then the host of the game had to talk to her the next day then she was working fine. Previously it just kept saying we weren't friendly with her contacts, but everyone's bar was full. So Yeah, knock her out, then host chat

First step might not be needed, we didn't need to knock her out, only just needed the host to chat with her.
