Quests stopped after unlocking Meth

After the quest to buy the meth equipment I havnt got a quest for a few hours; is this normal ?

Yes, this is normal it seems like. I haven't unlocked the next drug yet, but it seems to be somewhere in the "Enforcer" rank that people are unlocking it. Once around that rank you should eventually unlock a new dealer just like you did when you unlocked meth.

Yeah, you need to progress though the contacts and levels to unlock more content

I like how the game is designed so it doesn't harp on you to progress to the next thing, just play the game and experiment :)
