Framegen is the devil. If you use it and always feel like using it, you need Jesus in your life.
Nothing wrong with using framegen if you're starting at a decent framerate. A lot of games aren't all that optimized to get a decent framerate over 60 without expensive hardware. Starting at 60 and frame gen to 120 gives you smoother gameplay and avoids the latency of fg at lower framerates
Generating "extra" frames < Using my graphics card to get smooth gameplay normally

For me the game runs at 120fps consistently on rtx3050/Ryzen 7 5800x, which is as mid of a hardware as it gets.

I have a 4080 super + Ryzen 7 7800X3d and i absolutely HATE frame gen.
It boosts fps, yea - but also input latency. By. A. Lot.

That's not input latency. It's the devil steering your appendages.
After enough time, your skin turns leathery until it's ready to be harvested by NVidia reps and specialists to make Jensen's next leather jacket.

Haven't thought about that. Let's keep it a secret from trump, okay?

The input latency isn't nearly as bad as you're saying it is. It's not that noticeable. And if/ when it does become noticeable, those games do tend to have Nvidia Reflex at the same time to reduce whatever latency issue you're having.
