Region Not Unlocking

[I Hate Everyone In My Discord]

Currently Shot Caller V, and Docks has not unlocked at any point. No quests or objectives have shown up since making meth for the first time, no one's had any special dialogue--nothing. Am I just stuck as far as progression here or is there anything at all I can do?

+1 Same issue here. Tried another save and hit the same roadblock. My clients are maxed out, same for suppliers & dealers.

the contact list is buged and shows that you still need hustler 1 for downtown for me but found a customer to get the sample to

FIND A customer from that regeon give him the sample save reload should be fixed

Cant find anyone willing to take a sample. Been asking everyone, even went around the entire map.

Same for me. I still haven't found any fix , but I'm also not willing to start a whole new save just to see if it repeats.

I've already done another save and hit the same issue again :(

Do you guys save and load after making deals? I figure that if you do that the game will calculate your exp gain immediately and level up before sleeping, so you won't have a cut scene that tells you what you have unlocked when you sleep, I think this is what cause the bug.

I do it occasionally after making deals. So if thats causing the bug, then that would make sense.

im getting the same issue but with items, i think im peddler II and the revolver hasnt unlocked yet

After struggling with this myself I do think I found the answer:

- Click Tab or whatever you use for your mobile interface
- Click Contacts
- Note the headers along the top for the regions like "Northtown", "Westville", "Downtown", "Docks", etc.
- Click each one, paying attention to "Downtown" / "Docks" and the "Cartel influence" meter at the bottom
- Buy spraypaint and tag the walls in those areas - when equipped, there will be highlighted rectangles showing where you're able to spray
- You should be able to unlock the region, or at least contacts to give free samples

To unlock docks you need to reduce benzie influence in westville to 300/1000 but it's actually almost impossible without counter ambush them. Next update should reduce the influence needed to 500/1000 to unlock docks
