Employee steal my seed and soil！！

I just wonder why the seeds expended so quickly, when I buy a bunch of seeds and soils, I find the employee is just taking all the stuff !! I just stand back and sought all the things happened I can’t not ask him to give the things back, so I fired him

Reload last save, close game and reopen when workers start acting funny. Has fixed 90% of my helper problems. If that dont work... remove everything they are attached to, shelf, plant, processing, etc. Remove it and place it back down. Sometimes they have what i call phantom tasks where they just dont detach from the item they were assigned to unless you remove the item itself.
