How do I move things like growers and shelves in this game

I placed a grower in a bad spot and cannot harvest the product. How do i move the grower?

hold click on it while it's empty

Right click and hold to pick up furniture items. The tutorial for this is after you buy your first apartment and need to move items from the hotel room to the apartment.
