I have well above what is needed to run this game, I have verified game files, restarted my computer, I have tried different launch files, I have even downloaded this game on a separate disk and it still crashes after 10 minutes. I have looked up and looked up different ways to fix this someone please help me.

First try: Is something written to "Player.log"?

bump unplayable
Do you have a drying rack placed somewhere? My game did the same but when i removed them it was fine.

Responding to Picknick - What do you suggest we do with in information in the Player.log file? There are many errors in mine with crashes occuring immediately during prologue. Is this related to AMD GPU? Too high of framerate (is 60 fps max)?
Not sure of your PC specs but i have 13900k with RTX 4090 ROG OC, and i have had problems launching many of the games i buy, they would crash at launch or shortly after starting, and i would try all the recommended things with out any of that helping, but after digging deep it seems that the CPU performance core on my PC runs at 58 MHz for most of my games but on the ones that crash. if i turn it down to 54 MHz those games launched and play fine. i went back to games that were crashing and i never got to play at all some i refunded but when i adjusted this down to 54 those games played fine also. and recently for the first time i saw a game ( Marvel Rivals) warn people with 13th and 14th gen CPU to turn the cores down to 53 MHz for the game to run properly. i think a lot of games are having this same issue but they don't tell you how to fix it.
May have a solution -

1. Run game as administrator (right click exe or go to game .exe properties)
2. Turned Graphics to Medium
3. Set monitor to 60 hz

Game runs well now while crashing before every time

Guys, i had the same crash problems, 10-20 mins then crash, i tried to run admin, turn down graphics, revert XMP, reinstall my whole drivers, I went from Win 10 to 11, i reverted to Win 10, i wiped my entire disk then fresh install Win 11. Nothing worked... Im on i9 13900k 4080 , i tried the last solution : UPDATE THE FKN BIOS !! Now im on a 6h game without a SINGLE crash. Hope this help.
Sounds a lot like you are suffering from degradation to be honest.
Especially regarding lowering the core ratio that was exactly what I did at first and it helped for some weeks/months but kept coming back until I ultimately RMA'd it and had no issues since.
It would make sense that this game is actually showing that your CPU has already been damaged because it is very CPU intensive for what it is.
I play games where way more is going on and they are nowhere near the CPU usage of this game.

So if you are on a 13th/14th gen intel, especially i9, you may want to think about using the extended warranty intel provided for these CPU's because of the damage the previous microcodes/bios versions may have already done.

Good luck.
