They're being told what they can do to get around the problem of no water existing there. Employees don't need water sources if you hire them and sprinklers are just the only way for you to effectively water them yourself. Nobody is saying it's great, but it's not telling people how to play the game. You can do it however the stupid you want without going full Karen y'know.
It's really not their fault you can't tell the difference between being given options and being "told how to play the game." But like, leave it to a Trumper to unironically hate stupid people while simultaneously being this... Dense. lol
