Also your workers, which are not that fast, skip this step making your drug factory more effective.
OP thus far in life might have never considered the value of making trade-offs in business such as paying more money to get something done/stored more quickly/efficiently.
But now, OP will learn and can carry this mindset into their real life endeavors in the future. All thanks to Schedule I, a video game about being a local drug lord.
$10 to $20 per plant grown sounds like a lot. But it's less than $1 per bud. Worth it, for how convenient it is.
I use the Extra Long Lasting because the extra cost is pretty much negligible when i am hitting my deposit caps on day 1 of a week, Dont need to go to the store very often for that stuff anymore since i can just have it delivered in bulk quantities right to my operation site. Baggies though... I go through SO many baggies that i am pretty sure the whole towns economy is based on the baggies more than any other single product.
I would, as soon as you are able to, ditch the tents, and get the pots with the lights, it increases your yields from 8 to 12 per plant, and once you can do so, get the full spectrum lights for the increased 15% grow speed. Can usually get 2 full harvests per day. Which can probably be further increased with the Air pot, which adds another 30% grow speed at the cost of needing to be watered more often, but if you are running with auto sprinklers, thats not too big of a deal.
At first this seemed really wrong to me too but then I realised how often I had to go buy more low grade soil and then realised I had very little storage space for it, so it became a question of storing a pallet full of soil or a few larger bags.
I can honestly say i havent actually checked that yet, ill have to do so. normally run fertilizer so my drying racks take less time to produce gold star product.
I dont think its meant to be cost effective, its meant to be a time saver. You pay a little more but save tons of time, plus less garbage being produced too.
