Delivery despawning?

Anyone else having an issue where you put in a delivery on the phone and the vehicles hows up and immediately despawns and you lose all your money and what you ordered? This is happening to me. Kinda game breaking but not really. Just more running back and forth. I am hoping it will fix itself when I move to the barn
