Customer texts stopped working?

My boyfriend and I have been playing a co-op file, and after talking to the warehouse employees, it seems mission objectives as well as customer text messages to make deals have stopped coming through. Mission objectives only pop up when we buy a new type of employee, then disappear after fulfilling new employee instructions.

To outline where we're at in game:
Neither myself or my boyfriend are getting customer texts or mission updates outside new employee instruction.
We have made sure products are ticked on in the product manager. No texts come through asking for anything.
The only texts that update are from Uncle, Albert, and Benji, no other texts come through.
We can still offer product samples to customers.
Benji has 8 customers assigned, he still makes deals as long as he has drugs on him. He doesn't seem to be affected.
We have tried restarting the game - full shut down restart.
We have tried talking to mission objective NPCs multiple times.
We have tried making multiple products available.

Anyone know what we can do? Running around offering samples to random people on the street isnt exactly ideal and barely sustaining, and it doesnt seem like we level up as quickly or almost at all without making our own deals

Have you tried quitting out of the game and restarting? That happened to me at one point, so I just restarted and within a minute of entering the game again I got a text.

you got a fix? I also dont get any messages from customers anymore? I played on a second device for a period of time and when I switched back to my pc I had this bug

the update broke the way that cloud saves sync up with local save files

a guy on this board loaded up his save from the night before, and he found an object in his bungalow house from 3 real-life days prior

splitting that spaghetti code amongst 2 devices is only gonna complicate it worse

just wait for the new update

Had the same problem. Delisted the goods and listed them again. Maybe my price was too high.

Me and my gf are having the exact same issue. Have you found a solution? We will try to restart the game next time.

Same, used secondary device and now I have the same issue

im having the same issue, ive tried delisting the product, making a new save, and reinstalling but nothings working

I just started having this issue too right after hiring my handler I have so much drugs now but no messages coming thru at all

Try lowering listed prices. I set all of mine over recommended prices and it caused the same issue. The game seems to have some formula for frequency of texts per dollar over recommended price. If you're not selling any particular kind of product, list it at a lower price. You can still haggle when they text.

i fixed it, you have to verify the intergrity of the game files, then uninstall the game. then verify it again

if i uninstall the game, and then install again, is gonna be my save file there?
