How many plants per drying rack ??
How many pot plants does it take to fill one rack in a timely fashion ??
I tried 2 plants to 1 rack but that was way too slow, anyone figured out the golden ratio on this yet ?

i´m pretty sure there is no difference with less or more plants on them you can also hover over the timeline to see the remaining time

So I could go with 7 plants to 1 rack and it would be fine ?

it would take the same time as 20

Hmm my botanist is not harvesting the buds now she only has 1 rack, only 1 plant is harvested, the remaining 6 are just standing there with 12 buds on them each ....
6 racks for 10 plants in the pottery not the tents.

ok Im still getting an output of quality buds into my shelves even though my plants looks like they are not being harvested.
I think he means "What's a good ratio of plants to racks?" so the plants aren't sitting fully grown waiting for space on a rack. I'm doing 2 plants in air pots with the best grow light and that seems to have a steady stream.

Alright that sounds like experience talking, I will try that out !! :)

5 plants in pots (not tents) == 60 plants; 3 racks == 60 plants drying / 20 per rack; 1 worker to manage the setup and place the finished product on a rack.

TDLR -- 5 pots, 3 racks, 1 worker is a complete route with no waste

i output all my weed to shelves and have handlers stock multiple racks from shelves.

If after you do this you still have weed on shelves: need more racks. if your shelves are constantly empty, need more grow

I found equilibrium with 4 tents, 1 best pot/light and 4 racks.

But as soon as I got the 2nd tier of meth, weed was pretty much pointless as you're capped by how many deals you do / dealers do in a day and meth >>>>> weed profitwise

That sounds nice, but how are u going to use it in the game? You can do 2 pots to 1 rack twice, but then you have 1 pot for 1 rack and what now? This doesnt sound really usable. Plus you have 12 plants per pot, so you end up with 24 and 1 rack can do 20 at the time so 4 plants will still be unused by the rack... and you cant have them move it to other rack you would need extra handler for that.
just over do everything and your racks will always be full, i run 8 pots per botanist into 8 racks, if you want to speed it up add PGR.

It depends on the pot and the light as well.

PGR would actually slow it down because it ruins the quality of your plant so it has to dry on the rack a lot longer, it will give you the most leaves over all and probably the most profitable end plant. If you wanted to speed up the process you'd want to use fertilizer so it doesn't need to dry as long and speed grow to get the leaves on it sooner.
I do 4 plants with fertilizer and 4 drying racks. Seems to work fine. The herbalists are working consistently and there is usually one or two plants fully grown, other are growing. I like that I can get one botanist to do 4 plants and racks while one packager is packing the weed.
