Item Disappearing Bug

I’m writing this on here because I’m unable to use the in game bug reporting tool at the moment however I did want to raise awareness for a bug that causes you to loose items while in use of said item

As I was planting seeds in my pots I accidentally backed out of the little sowing seed minigame to put the seed in the pot of soil and after backing out and doing it again I realized the floor had two popped bottles and I was missing one I think the item gets used as soon as you start the minigame and not when it finishes which causes it to consume the item before it actually gets sowed into the soil I will be reporting this in the in game bug report tool when I have the time be aware of backing out of certain actions as it may cause your item to be used
