What's the point in a soil pourer?
I thought it would be like water ones where i didnt need to go refill it but i read that i do, whats the point then?

saves a few seconds. Instead of cutting the bag open and flipping it, just click the soil pourer with the bag and it will fill it.

It also seems to leave no trash (empty bag), but maybe that is a bug ?

They are just mini game skippers. Filling it is instant without even an animation, compared to the manual way with a minigame. Obliviously saves very little growing one plant one time, but more the more you grow.

yeah noticed that, seems to grow plants quicker too
