lost save game

after quiting yesterday and loading back in today i just came to conclusion that my game did not save at all. i lost about 5-6hours of gameplay, is there any way to get back where i stopped yesteray without grinding again? this is gamebreaking to be honest. i'm 100% sure i pressed the save button after ending my gaming session yesterday, plus it should normally auto save at each start of a ingame day.

time to uninstall then no way i'm gonna grind again for hours with the risk of losing progress tomorrow again

Save files are in LocalLow>TVGS>Schedule I>Saves, check there to see if it's there or not.

i have the same thing after 10 hours, loaded into my last save, have the house but none of the items i brought, in the contacts area i have all my contacts but when i go to see them i have to offer them a free sample again. TWICE now its happened... not playing again until i hear of a fix

Try disabling the Steam Save cloud... if you are lucky find anything locally... consider not all times save cloud work... well. I too i have to :

1) disable steam save
2) delete all TVGS directory
3) delete \steam\userdata for 3164500 and 3205720
4) play one time only for few minutes and exit
5) restart steam save and then steam ask me "you have problems etc... use the hard disk saves? YES

Remember... this method is "wipe out all" to restart fresh and good.

Yeah my dad made weed mixes and he lost all of that progress. Ge stull had the recipes atm.

has anyone found aa legist fix ? lost all my save data as i started yesterday . steam says i have 0 time in game but grinded for 4-5 hours last night and just had to start completely over but all my contacts are still there but back at the motel we are lol. i know 1000% i hit save game more then once before shutting down.

None of my items spawned in. No Cash.

About 20 hours of game play... SAVE WAS working... then suddenly it isn't... Money still in bank, Properties still owned, but empty of all items, Cash on Hand gone, Cell Phone Empty, Dealers Gone, Recipes Gone, All Equipment gone. Character Reset to Default appearance. Can Still access the "warehouse" for illicit goods and to employ people....but... Wow this sucks! UPDATE: Since there is no "Dealer" Contact I can no longer buy Marijuana Seeds or Psuedo... truly a bleak moment for such an entertaining game!

UPDATE: The save files are in C:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\TVGS - They appear to be JSON files, and it appears some are just not being written to. I hope this gets fixed.
