issues/bugs (lost car, seed dealer, can't sell old items...)

1 i had the most expensive car just when I saw the road block down hill(near motel) i jump off the car, then the car hit the road block. the next day my car is dispear. so i head to auto shop and no stuck options appear, i end up walking again...

2. i call a meet up the seed dealer said we can meet at the west construction side, which i believe is the house ususally has 2 guys in it. but he never shows up

3 i got some old LED light, plastic bag... which no longer need and I can't sell them or throw it in a recycle bin or trash bin
