What does Low Standards mean on customers page

I sell mostly pink star stuff and some of my customers have "low standards", should I go back to my 9-5?

Just means they don't care if you fertilized or dried to make premium bud, regular ol dirt and done will do. (Standard vs premium bud)

You did nothing wrong. Your customers' standards are progression based.

You're wasting money if you use pink star quality items on customers with low standards, you don't really need to use fertilizer until way later in the game. Mid-game is still standard quality items.
