Optimization For laptop?
And so I have a serious question. I'm playing on a laptop with a 3050 Ti graphics card and an AMD Ryzen 5 5600H processor with 8GB RAM. I have 5-7 fps in the game on any settings. When you go through the prologue. There are 90 fps in the menu and 50 fps in the prologue. I know there should be more, why doesn't it give out on any settings?
I tried installing the game on my home computer, with a Radeon Rx560 graphics card and a 4th generation processor. which is 2.5 times inferior to my laptop's processor, and for some reason, everything works in 50-60 frames even after the prologue. The only difference is that the PC has 16GB of RAM. Does it really have that much effect? Or is it just that the developer didn't add optimization for laptops?

Laptop vs tower .....firstly the 3050 in your laptop is no powerhouse and i dont know if that CPU has a graphics chip but make sure the game is running on the 3050.

after that its a 3050 with the 50 being the important number....its a entry level card

The game is a week old and probably has seen no optimization ...real

I missed the 8 g ram part and yes 8 more gigs of ram makes a huge difference

There's probably something else happening. I play on a laptop with a 3060 and it runs 60fps with no issues at all. A 3050Ti is weaker but it shouldn't be 5-7fps. Is there any program running in the background throttling? Are you able to see if it's the GPU or the CPU bottlenecking?

same here runs great RTX 3060 Laptop 6GB VRAM 60fps @ 4K.

maybe its rendering this specific game with your CPUs built in Radeon, graphics Rather than your dedicated 3050ti but hard to say without seeing it,

while running the game i do see its using 5.5GB Ram so might be not enough RAM if you only have 6gb but again hard to say lol
turn off godray, i dont think RAM wont matter, i used to gaming with just 8gigs , all fine, tho occacionally crash to destop when playing open world + open discord + open youtube

go in nvidia control panel set it to high performance not integrated i have a 1070 mobile stacking the game with lossless scaling proving to to be splendid fun could run it on the 4070 tower but the laptop feel like home for me
...i have a 2060, an intel i7 and 32 gb of ram on my laptop and this runs fine.
i think your laptop in specific, is just cooked.
Thank you all for your comments, but you just said that everything is working for you. Heh))
I have all the checkboxes turned off in my game settings and all the settings are the lowest. also, if I set everything to ultra settings, the result does not change.
I'll try reinstalling the drivera on the graphics card, but I don't think it will have any effect. This is the first time I've come across something like this.
uninstall , reinstall gpu driver, your laptop more than enough, something is wrong
Well, I reinstalled the graphics card driver, and nothing has changed))
Maybe it's really a problem with my laptop, but I'm not sure if that's the case because my other games are working fine.
I can only assume that the developers forgot to add support for some graphics cards.
Anyway, I've been playing like this for 2 days now, for about 20-25 hours, alone. I have the 2nd stage methamphetamine in the game. I think a couple more days of such a "slow" game, and I'll reach the end. And then I'll wait for the game to be released, maybe by then something will have changed for me.
I could copy the saves to my home computer, but first of all, it's more convenient on a laptop, and the computer is most often occupied by other family members, so. I think I'll close the topic because I still haven't found the answer for myself, as well as the reasons. The only thing I found out is that the game works for everyone except me XD
