How to get a water source for the docks warehouse?

So i bought the warehouse for 50k to expand the mary jane farm. But i have no "sink" or water source to be able to fill up my watering cans. Is there something im doing wrong?

Yeah, you should be using a sprinkler, those don't need to be refilled at all. Maybe a botanist would water it too without a sink but idk.
