specifically the trash collector keeps stuck and not working which casues so much trash to build up in a day that it horribly tears the game lowering the trash respawns and figuring out why he gets stuck would be major edit "i never mess with them while their working just everytime i come back hes stuck at the garbage bin"

I've been getting this as well. I clear garbage, remove the cans then place them back. Go back to edit the guy and assign him to the cans. Sometimes works for a while. Happens in all locations, except the meth house
