backwards thinking smoothbrain. Controllers are now more popular than ever on PC. Try to say that to players of NBA 2k, MH: Wilds, Black Myth Wukong, Elden Ring, Dark Souls, Split Fiction, etc. Not to mention owners of Steam Deck, ROG Ally, etc.

'PC mAstEr rAcE' isn't supposed to be just confining yourself to just KBM, it should be the abundance of choices that is possible.

and before people say "Steam Input". native support is always better than emulating KB+M controls.

Yep making thousands of players go manually config their steam deck to work with standard PC controls is bad form. Controller support needs to be like the most immediate next patch.

Well to be fair some people do prefer to use controller for certain games on PC cuz it's easier for them so having controller support makes it makes it accessible to more people if that makes sense.

i’m on a laptop and I don’t have a mouse so a controller would be 1000 times easier I use a controller for yandere simulator so it doesn’t matter if you’re on PC

It basically converts a controller into a keyboard in some way and the way you configure it is you go to settings and if you want to do it for all games I believe you enable steam input for Xbox controllers for example and controllers in general but then if you want to do it for a specific game you go to the games settings properties controller and so on.

But the way to configure it you just hit the controller configurer in the controller menu now there is a default setting already available I guess you could say when you turn on steam input hopefully that helps.
