Losing customer loyalty overnight

i dont know if this is a valid reccomendation but instead of having to check and uncheck product every night to stop texts and losing customer loyalty, would it be easier to implent a uncheck all or stop selling for the night button for us lazy people? lol

you have to answer the call at night or you lose rep, you dont have to deal at night, when accepting arrange the deal for morning or afternoon.
