Task saids "Talk to Uncle Nelson at a payphone" I can't, they aren't ringing. I already cooked and sold meth.

I am having the same issue. If it matters, I also had the mission about money laundering at the same time (Also involves telcoms to U.N.)

Fixed: Passed a few in game days. Exited game, (not just quit to menu), and could now talk to Uncle.

Same. Im pretty sure the phone call from Laundering Money is conflicting with We Need to Cook.
