Anyone else have a problem where the vendor oscar disappeared from warehouse and wont come back

This happened to me when I was selling explosive meth. If you are selling explosive stuff then stop as the NPC around the explosion get scared and run away.

Save your game, and log out, then back in. I had to reset my game cause this issue happen to me as well.

Getting into a firefight with police outside the blackmarket warehouse can also bug out two two vendors sometimes.
