A) it will stop for that product, yes
B) they'll try to sell whatever you give them, listed or not

malogoss is right on both questions. I'll also add that dealers can independently repackage the products you give them. Best example of this is giving a dealer a brick, they'll break it up into baggies and jars. Not sure if they break jars down into baggies, but they operate on their own selling to customers you have assigned to them as long as they have product.

They do break down jars into baggies and so on. its great to mass produce drugs and let them make money for you late game.
If I am giving the dealers bricks do they also need baggies and empty jars to break it down?

Nope, they will break it down without any additional resources.
Nice thank you!

I think they sell at the base price flat.

Like you'll have some weed worth $90, flat. They sell it, you get $72. However, if you list the same product, you can set the price higher but this applies only to the deals YOU complete, not your dealers. NPC with addiction will overpay quite a lot, plus curfew bonus and such. You can easily get over $200 for the same $90 product.

So no, dealers are not robbing you. They just use default price, not listed price, that's all.

Who knows the price they use but they tell you its sold in basic price and still cut 20% from it. Greedy...
