where the hell is oscar

i am looking to buy illegal products from the warehouse, but the npc's to purchase items from are nowhere to be found. in game, it is currently 4am, and they have been gone all night.

Have you talked to him before? If not, he's the one to the right of the main entrance, or a few steps left while facing the weapons dealer and walking straight in the other direction. He'll be at a table on the left.

If you meant you know where he's SUPPOSED to be, but all the warehouse NPCs are gone, I can't be certain but it may be a bug? Have you tried restarting your game, or ignoring the warehouse for a few days to see if they respawn or find their way over to the warehouse? I personally haven't had this issue. Only other thing I could suggest would be to maybe order delivery from Oscar in the Deliveries app to see if maybe that makes the game remember he's supposed to exist and respawns him? Best of luck solving this!

I've had a similar problem. It seems they get spooked if you do something illegal, such as fighting or shooting near the warehouse, and they run away. I've found them outside the warehouse, around the wharf area, and sometimes in different areas within the warehouse. Try reloading the save, or you can just knock them out wherever you find them and drag them back to their stall.

Does anyone know where the pallets are for Oscar’s store? I didn’t have enough room in my inventory and don’t know where my items went after I purchased them

You can drive into the warehouse and use their loading dock.

they're by the loading bay shutter door closest his position.

so for me to fix this I go to the sweat shop save the game exit the game to desktop then relaunch pass the day & they come back that day at 6pm

you can always order them directly to one of your loading bays at your properties as well

The only thing you can by at that point would be acid & phosphorus. No machines. You would have to find them in person & bring them back in order to fix that

I moved Oscar out the warehouse onto the street, but when I started the next day he had despawned and wasn't in the warehouse. Any idea how to get him back?
