Money from laundering

Can anybody explain how laundering works? after the 24hr progress bar completes, the money just disappears. It doesn't go to our bank account. Maybe it happens in the end of day report?

If the money is not appearing in your bank account after you get the notification that laundering is complete then you may have a 'free cash' or unlimited cash/atm cheat activated - this probably freezes the bank account for acquiring new funds.

Then why would we be laundering the cash if we have unlimited...?

We do not have any cheats enable, otherwise money wouldn't be an issue. Thinking we're just bugged. Maybe only host can start it?

I Think you might be on to something because it works on my save if I do it but not when my friend does.

It seems to indeed be a bug in which only the host can successfully launder money.

i can confirm, it bugged for us too, my friend is the host, i laundered 2k twice but never showed up anywhere, when the host laundered 500 it showed right away in the bank.

I noticed that, if you launder money and wait till the 4 AM notification appears, the laundered money disappears. It shows that it got added to the balance, but it didn't. For the rest of the day, it works fine. Just when the clock hits 4 AM, it bugs. It happened to me twice. Singleplayer btw.

Had it happen to us. It's a bug. Hope they hotfix it cos it's hella annoying.

no, i am playing since 20 hours with a friend together and he is the host. i often take money off of the dealers and bring it to the laundromat, post office and the taco place. its not a host only thing.

Thats odd. I often use the endless 4am time to wait for my money to launder. Its so slow and I can only do so much I have like 400k in my wallet and less than 50k in the bank. But, I guess thats realistic, lol.
