Cant update game

I am stuck on version f9 of the game and have tried deleting download cache and changing my download region to a different one and it still does not let me download the updated version. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Steam and Schedule 1
Help pls

right click your game and go to properties>betas and make sure beta participation is set to none. hope this helps!
