i want to hire a botnaist but i want to know if i can move them to another place at any time i want to any building. is it a thing?

You can fire them but you can't move them from one site to the other. So you'd have to pay that one time hiring fee once again.

On the positive side of things, if you don't need an employee at a site, you can keep them idling there at absolutely no cost. They don't get paid, don't require a bed. So if you later need them again at that same site, they'll still be there.
