Is the barn worth it?

I have like 17k in the bank and like 17k in cash, is it worth buying the barn or should I save for the warehouse (I use the laundromat). First play through not sure the difference in the spaces but I need to upgrade because i just unlocked downtown (Hustler 1)
Update: I just went to the casino, hit it big and bought the wearhouse skiping the barn

The barn is massive I just fully built it up with 10 employees and it cost about 10-20k for all the gear on top of the market price.

1000% I’ve now started the barn and the set up was a grind but now having a yield of over 300% buds (mixed types) now also have workers arranging the full op.
All dealers now on average hold 10-15k before collecting. I run my own op back in the bungalow. Definitely recommend !

its a lot bigger tahn the bungalow so yeah. i got meth, coke, and a lot of weed going from it.

For me, Bungalow is my weed spot, Barn is my Coke, Warehouse Meth and misc storage.

i mean, you want to get big ... so you will need more space ... what gives you the barn? MORE SPACE! more space=more space for more plants and production facilities--> more place for workers and so forth ... TL;DR:

Barn is worth it 100% I skipped the House and went Straight to Barn, I have like 12-14 Weed Plants (and That's not close to half of the the space of the barn) and i am legit just trying to get Money built up to start Hiring Workers before i go to Cook Meth.

Barn is a money sink since you can't sell properties. Dock is only 50k. If you buy the barn before the dock, you have to accumulate 75K post bungalow to get the dock property instead of just the 50k. You'll also most likely want to fire everyone at the barn once you get the dock. If you have 8 people @ 2k [rehire cost] each. that's another 16K you need to save up to move to the docks afterwards. Not to mention equipment moving time :)

I was able to get 8k per day at the bunaglow..much better to just save up for docks instead IMO.

The dock is annoying with the police barricade in front of it at the end the day ... go for the barn, in the nature its nice

barn is the nicest property, i made it my coke grow, but its a little too small for a serious meth lab.
i brought the barn before the docks and didn't regret it, though the barn is a better location for late game.

the warehouse is the better option if you only want to buy one. since i moved to the warehouse. i use the barn as a vehicle bay and armoury.

The Barn is a better value. Warehouse has the same employee limit so you're paying for more space between the machines. Barn can hold a full kit of machines that will over-produce more than the current game will consume.
