Locked packaging stations

Please help! Whenever I assign my packager to a station he just collects weed and supplies then goes back out side and says there is nothing to be done. Then when I go look at the packaging station the product and packaging squares are locked!

I had the same issue. I think the problem was that i had him taking baggies from the same shelf that he was putting the bagged product on. I fired and rehired him and changed the shelving arrangement and it seems to work now
