you have access to the entire map.
Westville is just the western side of town (northwest section across the bridge).

the only thing that happens when you unlock "new" areas, is that you have access to new customers, dealers and suppliers

there are 2 bridges...
+ the police road block is not a block its only a control checkpoint which gets raised on midday to 4am the police wont block you, you only get searched. the part behind that checkpoint is westville.

Ok so I'm playing with a community controller layout on a bazzite pc left click is right trigger and right click is left trigger scroll wheel is right and left bumper so all I need to do is produce extra herb, package in single bags and only carry one type at a time when going thru the search area and hover over the product and right trigger to conceal the item and then be careful not to be seen offering samples. Never been searched or arrested yet besides in the prologue, knock on wood.
