Frame Stuttering
All of a sudden after I updated windows today the game is running like garbo. It is skipping all over the place. Anyone else getting this?

Ensure in game settings you do the following

Set to Native resolution to your monitor
Set Vsync to off - Ensure blip is not white

I have done all of this. When you reach a point in the game on a save around 25+ hours the stability of the game weakens probably due to trash being all over the place....

Pick up the trash. It causes lag.
