Wheres the pallets

if you're talking about the first shop, they should be just outside and to the left, right along the side of the building

What about the seed guy pallets?

same thing, right next to them, but with the seed guy you have a limited time before he ups and leave.

I'm having some trouble finding the pallet for the warehouse. Bought 4 suspension racks and now I can't seem to find them.

They should be inside warehouse in front of Oscar's table on the other side of guard rail !

No they are gone for good !
He only stays at the spot for 6 hours game time which goes pretty fast.
Once he leaves seeds you purchased are gone !
I always take the Van with me has like 20 slots to hold stuff in back of van !

I bought seeds from the supplier and left them out at night came back the next day and they were gone.

This happened to me, i bought 2000$ worth of grandaddies when i met him behind the casino, then filled up my inventory and when i came back he was gone, i was really sad till i called him for another meeting, this time he met me at the construction site and lo and behold the pallets he had has all of the rest of the seeds i bought last time! the seed dealer keeps your excess in his pallets regardless of location!
