better pseudo?

I hope someone can help me because I am at the Hustler IV level and bought a lot of low-quality pseudo from shirley, now when i want to order normal quality pseudo from her, it always says it's locked and will be unlocked at Hustler III - but I am already a level higher and it is not unlocked yet - do i miss something to do? thx in advance!

Did you use the console to get to that level? I noticed if you use the addxp command, it causes issues with the quest line

yeah i used the xp multiplier from wemod - restarting the game without it did the trick!

same here. im in enforcer level and still have hustler stuff locked (3rd district and weapons)

Yes it unlocks at that rank but i think you need to keep buying crap pseudo from her first, then you might get access - but idk. Might be a bug, im sure it will get fixed eventually - just make it known.

Even if people 'cheat' why would that affect you?
Most people cheat in games like this to save themselves mundane busy work because they don't have 500 hours to sink into a game like this.... holy sheet.

Would be a weird thing to lie about but I mean I guess you have no way of knowing haha I didn't cheat and have the issue, so there's a bug somewhere.

your overuse of xd and x3 lets me know exactly what type of person you are LMAO, it doesnt affect you that other people use cheats, some people cant nolife the game and play for days straight, so maybe keep your opinion to yourself because you're making youself look like a real unpleasent person lol.
