Locked Items in mixing station, packaging station, shelving, etc

Hit a wall where all of a sudden items started getting locked inside of stations or storage. Different things in different places. One mixing station the product is locked, another the mixing ingredient. Our jars are locked in our packaging station which seemingly gave us unlimited jars only for all of our jars, ingredients, and tons of product to just disappear after reloading to try and fix the locking issue. Seemed to work temporarily but almost immediately things started locking again. Every product that has been put on shelves is getting locked too only for all of them to ultimately get deleted while trying to fix the problem. We've lost thousands of dollars of ingredients, materials, and product at this point. We have also tried knocking out employees and ending the day to see if that would unlock thing but it was to no avail
