Paid off debt right after buying weed seeds -- no weed seeds?

Hi, I ordered 9x weed seeds for $270 and then immediately requested to pay off the debt, but when I did so, the marker for the weed seeds were gone. Did they de-spawn, or is the marker just gone? Either way this needs to be fixed because it's BS

I pay for my seeds all the time straight after, but the delivery still takes time to be delivered
9 seeds would be what 4.5 -5 hours game time
