Have the mission "Go to Gas Mart. I am standing in gas mart and it is not registering. I went there the previous day to purchase paracetamol and now the quest line is not advancing at all.

I had the same issue, there is two gas stations. you may be going to the wrong one. going to the right gas station fixed it for me.

Thanks for this, got stuck for hours ... 2 gas stations ! I mixed everything lol
