Last I heard, it's majority a sole developer named Tyler with minor help from friends with things like music so pretty much solodev.

Indeed. I wished him well about a week ago when pitching some ideas to add onto the game in the way of Law Enforcement. Hoping he expands on it because the base he's working with is solid.

I don’t think anyone can actually claim the idea of drug production and distribution as a concept for a video game is unique in any respect, nor the means of production for any of them.
