is there a way to play this game in 8 people?? if yes how can i do that?

Yes. There's a mod on Nexus called "MultiplayerPlus" that allows for up to 20 players. I've never tried it personally so I can't say myself how stable it is or if it works without bugs but it was last updated 10 hours ago so the author is still working on it.
