Botonist pocketing weed

Everything was working right for a while and then my botanist started stealing the weed. It just disappears after he harvests the plant. After troubleshooting a little i realized the game thought my drying racks were brick presses, so i reset them, but the botanist is still stealing all the weed.

I haven't gotten that far yet but I read on here that if they are stealing then you need to "beat them" lol!!! I guess that means punch them?
