What does inside or outside mean in the casino game?
So I am a gambler and I don't know what does inside or outside mean in the cards game I have no clue how it's named, and I am playing by pure luck can someone tell me what it means?

Pretty sure it's: will the next card fall between the two cards you already have. So if you had a 4 and then got a 9, now you're guessing if the next card is between those two (inside) or outside that range—like lower than 4 or higher than 9.
