just started ... just ran out of money lol havent bought a packaging station yet . any way to get money?

You can still pick up garbage with your bare hands. Just do that till you've gathered enough cash. You'll be fine.

Recycle garbage one piece at a time until you can afford the grabber.

you can pick up and throw trash individually into the trash for cash container. A bit tedious but doable.

You put them into a stack and grab them in a radius with a trash bag.

Every new game should be a rush for extra $20 doing it piece by piece just for the garbage tool. And then every time you wait at the start for dead drops or customers you should do garbage cleaning. Easy extra few hundred dollars right away.
