Saving causing the game to crash

It seems like every time we try to save the game, it crashes... or if we try to use the bed to progress, it's crashing. Anyone know how to fix that, or if it might be a common problem?

Ye same here the is a ticket on the official dc about it but it hasn’t been answered yet I also reported the bug ingame and did countless things already to try to fix it but nothing has worked yet ig we just have to wait

Have you installed the game on a SSD? I did and I never meet any crash.

Funny thing is. I went to the computer of my wife and logged in with my account. Installed the game and it pulled the savegames from Cloud. On her computer i can play and save my game. But not anymore on my own computer.

For me the problem comes after i logged out and in again. I tried a new game and it worked until i logged out the first time.

I am using a SSD and still have the problem.

Reinstalling Windows fixed it for me

I've got the same issue. Happened overnight, with no updates/patches between when we played just fine, then woke up and it was broken. He can save just fine, but I'm hosting the save.

i tried so many things. nothing worked so far. If this game would log a little bit more. maybe one could see what is going wrong.
