Autobody shop > talk to mechanic > he'll teleport it

broo chill. u need to go to mechanic at north of town. talk to him and u can respawn ur car in dialogue menu

He's just inside the garage, should be on the right-hand side of it.

is your car upside down? if it's upside down just get in the driver seat and press either A or D to start rolling it over like GTA 5. Worst case scenario rock back and forth.

No stuck in between the steps to get to the motel room to the apartment

In that case, you may be doomed. When my car was upside down I had the same issue with the auto mod guy where there wasn't an option to reset my car. It turns out after i flipped my car, and got a paint job, then the reset option was available.

But since your car is stuck on the stairs, it might be over unfortunately.
